* Scanning - Using our state of the art 2mtr drum scanner, artwork and films can be scanned in one piece, to a high resolution image to retain the optimum quality of the image. This can then be used directly on our system or stored onto disc for your own use.

* Design Origination - We can offer a bespoke in-house design service, with the ability to create original and current designs. We can create full design ranges and create co-ordinates.

 

* Separations - With a combined experience of over 40 years in the textile industry, working for one of the worlds largest printers. Cadworks have the knowledge and experience of producing extremely high quality separations, fully ready for rotary screen printing for the printer of your choice, alternatively we can digitally print the design for you in house. We have the knowledge and understanding of what we are producing in production and the need to set up parameters in the digital designs to meet production capabilities

 

* Design Colouration - Cadworks offer a full colouration service. We can work from any type of media or Pantone Ref provided, or we can colour your designs for you in a range of colourways to suit your requirements. You can also hire a CAD station for any amount of time to create your own colourways. Our specially treated cloths and the use of pigment-based inks enhance the range of colour possibilities. The colours remain on the surface of the fabric and do not fade into the cloth as reactive dyes. You will be astounded at the strength of colour achieved.

 

* Printing - The current market's targets are changing and volume purchasing is being overtaken by short run production printing with fast turnaround. There is no minimum production which we can print and we have the facility to print as many metres you require.
